Refund of purchase

I recently refunded something that I didn’t want from the iTunes Store and the refund got approved but I have not had the money back in my account. I have received an invoice saying that I have been refunded but it has not showed up in my bank.

When will I get the money back?                                            

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item

Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:


Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.


Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.


All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

Hope you're doing well now and that you got your money back. Sometimes refunds can take a little while to process and show up in your bank account. You can quickly peek at your history by following the steps here: https://setapp.com/how-to/check-apple-purchase-history . It should help you make sure everything is in order.

If you still don't see any action, give it a few more days. Banks can be a bit slow sometimes. If you're still waiting, then it's time to reach out to Apple's customer support. Hope this helps!
