That depends on who the seller is. I recommend getting one from Apple or from an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider). Getting it elsewhere, you may end up with a message that will not go away until you place a Genuine iPhone battery in there: About Genuine iPhone Batteries - Apple Support
