"Browse with even more privacy" pop-up coming up constantly

This started today. Every 30 minutes or so I get a pop-up on my iPhone 14 Pro Max saying "browse with even more privacy, private relay is included in your icloud+ subscription. It's the best way to keep your safari browing private". At first I ignored it, eventually I clicked on it and it took me to my phone settings where I enabled that option. After that, it just keeps coming up. I have got that pop-up like 10+ times today. Any way to make it stop?
