accidentally i have deleted all reading list in safari on the laptop. (iCloud sync enabled). i tried and looked in iCloud but there was no backup there to restore. can i restore all reading list via time machine? is there another way?

I have already tried the procedure suggested in that article. The problem is the "restore bookmarks" tab inside my iCloud account does not show anything related to the data I want to restore. I am given no option to restore reading list or bookmarks which I'm looking for. The only option I'm given is to restore one single bookmark I have deleted on purpose after having deleted by mistake the whole reading list.
Am I doing anything wrong cause I don't see anything else within iCloud to restore the reading list?
Please let me know what I can do.
