It seems you can only select and move a few at any one time. When you select all your messages and try to move them to another folder no other folder is highlighted to allow you to move to. But when you select one or two or a few then another folder is highlighted to allow you to move to.

Hi there,

You can move the notes that are in the iCloud folder to the local folder of your iPhone.

Move a note to a different folder

  1. If you're in a note, tap the back arrow icon  to go back to your Notes list.
  2. In the Notes list, tap the More button , then tap Select Notes.
  3. Tap the notes that you want to move.
  4. Tap Move, then select the folder you want to move them to.
