Apple Music sharing
My wife is on my Apple One family sharing plan, which should include my Apple Music library, but it does not show up on her iPhone, though it does on her Mac. How can I get I TV to appear on her iPhone?

Apple Music from Apple One Family can be shared in your Family Sharing group. The service gets shared, but your Library is personal and not shared.
Users can share playlists with other users, but that doesn’t depend on Family Sharing.
Library tracks that are not from Apple Music (e.g. ripped CD), can be shared through Home Sharing. Apple Music subscription tracks are DRM protected and can not be shared as media files through Home Sharing.

What is the issue with TV? I thought this was about Apple Music?
Apple TV+ is shareable through Family Sharing as well. The group members get access to the streaming service, but the subscription is listed for the original subscriber only.
Do her Mac and her iPhone have the same Apple ID account registered? Only accounts as used for Family Sharing get access to the same shared services.
