Hi! I was wondering if anyone would know the amount for the transfer fee if I had to pay a rent of a little over 300$
There is no fee for sending Apple Cash to someone (by using the instructions in Send and receive money with Apple Cash - Apple Support)
There is no fee to add money to Apple Cash (by using instructions in Add money to Apple Cash - Apple Support )
There is no fee for transferring Apple Cash to a bank account but there is a small fee to transfer Apple Cash to a debit card. See the following from Transfer money in Apple Cash to your bank account or debit card - Apple Support
A 1.5 percent fee (with a minimum fee of $0.25 and a maximum fee of $15) is deducted from the amount of each Instant Transfer.
