Annoying "Allow Paste" message

On the current iOS, when I try to paste from one app to another, it gives the annoying message:

[App name] would like to paste from [different app]. Do you want to allow this? With the choices "Don't allow paste" and "Allow paste."

Why on earth would I copy text from an app, switch to another app and choose Paste if I didn't actually want to paste??

It has no memory of my previous choice and asks me this message every time no matter how many times I do this. Is there a way to turn this new annoyance off?

thank you, very helpful. I wish they had a global setting, but this will work.

I have been annoyed by the same issue, until I found this:

or briefly:

go to Settings > AppName > Paste from Other Apps and switch it from Ask to Allow. Many apps don’t include the setting; hopefully, any apps where you paste often will have this setting or include it soon.

Hope it helps!

I can say cheers I guess ;)

Cheers!
