I have noticed that I am getting messages from the same person or group in two different threads. This is only started recently, and is happening with one individual and one group text the phone numbers and contacts are exactly the same. This is causing me to miss messages.

We just added a new phone system at work and when the clients text the office number, it is also sending the message to the owner's iPhone. What the heck? It doesn't happen all the time but it has happened twice now.
Please contact the sender to inform them of this issue. There is nothing in the iPhone that can change this.
Anyone have a solution or explanation for this issue?
