How do I access iTunes match subscription to make sure all my devices are paired

How do I access iTunes match to be able to pair all my devices. Evidently this subscription has expired. How do I renew this subscription? I cannot find it on my iTunes app there is no subscriptions within the iTunes app. How do I renew this subscription?
