I forgot the password to my iPhone 7 and tried to erase it from find my iPhone, it’s said erase pending for the past 30 hour. I never received a confirmation email as well?

If you can’t remember your passcode to your iPhone, use a computer to put your iPhone in recovery mode. Recovery mode allows you to erase the iPhone, giving you access to set it up again.

Your data is not lost if you have a backup either on iCloud or iTunes. This is the only process to reset your passcode.

There’s nothing on the iPhone I had just set a passcode whilst setting it up, looking to wipe it so I can set it up again since I’ve forgotten the password!
