no puedo verificar mi cuenta de alibaba con el correo para ocultar mi correo, nunca me llega el mensaje

estoy registrado en alibaba con mi cuenta de apple y cuando me pide verificar la cuenta nunca me llega el codigo que deberia enviarse del correo de apple al apple id
