How can I delete the Send With Effects functions from my iPhone?
You can't remove the function but you can avoid it activating. When you are ready to send your text tap on the send arrow - don't hold it. If you tap it it will just send. A long press activates the effects option.

Deleting "Send With Effects":
It is part of the iOS. It cannot be deleted.
Settings > Accessibility > Motion and disable Auto-Play Message Effects.
Thanks for replying. I tried this, and it still didn't work after I attempted to send out several texts. I have to hit send several times before it goes away.
Thanks for replying. I'm annoyed that this time waster cannot be deleted, was added although it was not requested by many users (as far as I know), or is really useful in sending texts.
