Apple, please add the screen replacement for iPhones to your "Apple service programs". I recently got this issue with iPhone 13 Pro Max all of a sudden. Ended up going to the service center, so many people there had the exact same problem. In Indonesia screen replacement costs about 500 US dollars, that's 1/3 the price of the iPhone 13 Pro Max. My phone was bought on March 2022, so the warranty finished a month ago. I don't want to pay 500 US dollars for something that's not my fault! I paid for a diagnostic though: HDI pass, VMI pass, no physical damages at all. So how is it my fault if the phone is not damaged in any way? A lot of people are experiencing the same issue with green/yellow/pink/white/whatever color screen, and you are refusing to take responsibility!

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

I've already done all of the things you suggested. I went to the service center 2 days ago, and most of the people there had the exact same issue. It can't be a coincidence. I posted this here to try to find out how many people are having the same issue, more people should talk about it. And maybe then Apple would finally do something about it. Support is not helping, feedback is useless. Apple doesn't seem to care at the moment. $1500 phone breaking after a year is ridiculous. I didn't even think about apple care+ bc I'm very carefull and nothing happened to my iphone 6 in 6 years. I expected the better quality from iphone 13. It is a manufacturing defect, but apple doesn't want to admit it yet.
