multi touch issue in iphone 11 pro max

I have the same issue when I play codm and I noticed when I connect my phone to the charger while i play, I don’t experience the problem anymore. I guess it must be sum kinda software glitch or something. Hopefully apple will take care of it soon bc I just bought this phone specifically just to play codm and I’d hate for it to end up as just a waste of money.

just tried everything you suggested and none of your ideas worked. if you check out my reply to the op, you'll see that i say the problem only goes away when i play while my phones connected to the charger so i was kinda hoping i could get an explanation for that.
