How do I block another person by their AppleID?

I need to be able to block another person by using their AppleID and haven't been able to find a way to do so.

The reason is this other person is stalking/harassing through calls and texts. They are using a phone number spoofing app, so each time they contact it is from a new number. I have their original number blocked, and any subsequent fake numbers, but they keep coming. They also used the iPad of a family member (associated with same AppleID)

I changed my number, but it appears that all contact coming in was "forwarded" to my new number because my phone still had the same AppleID.

There should be a way to block anything originating from a specific AppleID.

They’re probably changing their Apple ID over and over. I have been cyber stalked via iPhone iCloud what have you for years now and have not received ANY ADEQUATE HELP to make this STOP! I feel for you! You need to make a log written down of this harassment. Document everything and establish a timeline. I have ptsd now bc of the cyberstalking I’ve endured. If you can, try to find someone who works with cyber security to talk to about this. I did know someone but he’s the husband of a “friend” who’s clearly not so much a friend.

Also, this is a case of harassment at the least. You need to report the person and make sure you have evidence.

i have been advised by police that if someone is harassing you via text when you say the word STOP 🛑 and they continue, you don’t say another word! But if they continue to harass you after you say stop, that’s considered by law harassment and they can get harassment charges.

Thank you! I didn't consider that. It's absolutely ridiculous, the amount of effort they are putting in to it! We are keeping all texts and screenshots also. I'm sorry you are going through that also. I've been listening to a podcast called "something was wrong" and there are lots of stories of people who have been cyber-harassed but it sounds like the police don't take it seriously in most cases. :(
