Macbook Air M2 not allowing 60hz refresh rate

A few months ago I brought a brand new Macbook Air M2, since then I just used by itself. But in the last month I brought a new 4k 32 inch Display UJ590, and I also brought a HDMI to USB-C cable, both have certified 60hz refresh rate, but when I connected everything, my Macbook keep it on 30hz, and there is no option to go over, just lower.

Also, I use most of the time my Macbook in Clamshell mode.

Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Thanks!
