The keyboard shortcut to show hidden files is not working in macOS 12 and 13

I am using a Turkish Q keyboard. Starting from macOS Monterey, the keyboard shortcut cmd + shift + . which shows/hides hidden files is not working. It was working when I was using Big Sur. I waited for updates to fix it but it didn't work. Can we somehow communicate this issue to Apple officials? Thank you.

Send direct feedback to the macOS product team. State the issue clearly and the particular keyboard.
