black screen with only the white apple logo showing

How do i stop my iphone actin weird. It is on the start up screen, and occasionally turns off and when any buttons are pressed it goes back to the start up screen. i know it isn't dead because it was charging when it froze and then turned off. It is a 2020 version SE, if you could help i would be very grateful.
