Can’t re download apps that I deleted Deleted an app - now I can only open from App Store- icon will not appear on my phone

I deleted an app-it was TikTok- and when I went to go reinstall it, it said open in the App Store. I shut off my phone and turned it back on and it shows TikTok with no logo and it wouldn’t open but it allowed me to delete it so I did and went back to the App Store and it still said open. I’ve tried a lot of things I’ve seen and nothing has worked. Please help me!!! iPhone 6s Plus.

When you see an app look like a grid it can be caused by not completely downloading. To fix this follow the steps below.

Manually update the app

Add a payment method

You might need to have a valid payment method on file, even if the app that you want to download is free.

Add a payment method

Resolve a problem with your payment method

If your payment method is expired, declined, or failed, or a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase'

Prioritize the download

From the Home Screen, touch and hold the app. From the menu that appears, choose Prioritize Download.
