Side molding on iPhone 14 pro Max is all scratched

hello, the side molding of my iPhone 14 pro max deep purple is all scratched. I only use an original leather case purchased from an official representative. my phone is one month old. this sucks for me. I am very angry. brand new phone with original leather case and scratch. only the side moldings are scratched from the original leather case

same thing on my 14 Pro Max in Space black, all the black coating seems to fade/ scratch up with the dust that gets between the case and the stainless steel, very disappointing.


the only way i could think of to remove these blemishes in the metal was to sand it down to bare stainless steel and maintain it (sides are silver now) i polish it from time to time.
