Safari in iOS 16.4.1 is missing “Select All” when tapping text.
Seems to have been removed since last IOS update.
Also Apple’s multi tap instructions no longer work as started on their support page.
1-3 taps to select progressively more text.

Safari in iOS 16.4.1 is missing “Select All” when tapping text in articles.
Can no longer click a word in an article, and get the pop-up menu with the ‘Select All’ option.
Seems to only work in form / text entry fields, after some text has been entered.
Seems to have been removed since last IOS update.
Same here. I have updated to 16.5 on one device, but I am holding all the day. Check updates on my other device is due to this reason.
I’m sorry I’m not understanding. Is it fixed in 16.5 ?
