My Apple ID has been disabled

am currently unable to access my Apple Music and I’m unable to download any applications I was been shown that my Apple ID has been disabled on the App Store and iTunes

how can I fix it?

If you are getting the error message, that your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple Support for help. Only they can solve that issue form their side by looking into your personal settings.
