Resetting Password of a Locked Note:

1. Go Here: How to Lock or Unlock Notes on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support***
2. Scroll to: Change your notes password
3. Proceed from there as necessary

Unfortunately, if you forgot the password, there is no way to change or retrieve it. The note must be unlocked to change the password.

Fortunately, you have unlimited attempts to try.
