Screen Replacement

How do I get rid of my “Unknown Part” message on my settings. I keep getting notifications on my Home Screen about it?

Was the screen replaced recently? If yes, the shop installed the wrong part. The message will stay there until the correct part is installed.

If the screen has not been replaced, the message can sometimes appear if a potential problem is detected with the screen. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop so they can do some diagnostics.
