I am trying to get a PayPal off my App Store purchases

I’ve been trying to purchase a app on my phone but it won’t let me because there is a old PayPal and number on my phone that I can not get into.

The App Store uses payment methods added to your Apple ID.

If you added PayPal at some point, then it will use that. You can change art, or remove eight entirely by following the steps in the support document linked below.
