How to fix iPhone . Did a update last night and now phone won’t work without being linked to Wi-Fi

phone refusing to work on wifi my phone is the only device that refuses to connect, and im running low on data because even when its connected nothing is loading or sending on the wifi. i have to turn off my wifi and rely on my data option.
