Macbook pro screen foggy / blurry

I just bought this macbook back in February 2023? I dont understand what happened, but when i was working with my laptop it suddenly shut down and turned on to this blurry foggy type macbook its like dewy inside?

i tried everything

resetting everything known to man kind it still shows up foggy blurry dewy thing.. i did everything i just dont know what to do anymore

please i need help i just bought this laptop and its not cheap
