Ventura 13.3.1 Apple Mail not syncing to Exchange

Since my upgrade to Ventura 13.3 my Apple Mail is not syncing to Exchange. If I delete or file on Apple Mail Desktop is doesn't sync to iPhone or Exchange. iPhone to Exchange is fine. Done all the obviously things (e.g., deleted & readded, rebooted). Help?

I find that MS Exchange is not Syncing properly with Apple Mail on my Mac, but syncs fine with my iPhone. However, whenever I delete a message in MS Outlook, it deletes it from my Apple Mail inbox too. So, the syncing appears to be one-way instead of both ways. Also, whenever I move a message with attachment(s) from my Apple Mail Inbox to a local mail folder, the moved message shows up empty. And it also disappears from my Inbox. I tried deleting my Exchange account and adding it, but it didn't work. Any other ideas for fixing this vexing problem would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Apple Mail not synching with exchange mail account I regularly use my Exchange Mail account on all my IOS devices (MacBook Pro, iPhone, and iPad). Since yesterday, my Macbook Pro (Ventura 13.6 version) Mail (exchange account only) is not synching anymore. My iPhone and iPad synch normally. I tried everything, deleting the exchange mail account, shutting off the computer, etc. Occasionally, I receive all emails, but every time I delete them, they only reflect in my MacBook Pro, not in any other device. However, deleting the emails on my iPhone or iPad reflects in my MacBook Pro. This situation is driving me crazy since I deal with a lot of daily emails. Any help?

iOS Mail not syncing with Exchange iOS mail is no longer syncing with my work Exchange account - new emails are being pushed in, but messages read on my computer are showing as "unread" on my phone and iPad. This started about two weeks ago.
