Why is it when I download Live Photos from iCloud.com it downloads it as a zip folder and when I unzip it, it shows 2 files for each picture. A video file and a regular picture. How can I download love photos as Live Photos to my iPhone from iCloud.com?

When you download a Live Photo by clicking on the link you get the video and static image. The video is the live part.

This is ridiculous a few months ago maybe a year not sure, you could download pics and videos directly to the iPhone browser and would save as is. I can’t enable iCloud because it will download my entire iCloud library to my iPhone. I just need a few photos I want to send to someone. Thanks for the suggestion though !
