I have a new iPhone 14 plus and an iPad Pro. The scan (camera) option no longer appears on either one. The only change I have made is I purchased a Mac laptop. I don’t use the scan feature very often but it is a great tool when needed..

Is this the feature you are missing?
Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID on both devises
And that Bluetooth is turned on on both the iPhone and Mac
