Puerto Rico is not available under "Country or Region Availability" in appstoreconnect

I need to make my app available in puerto rico..However, it is not present under "Country or Region Availability" list.

Is it included in USA and Canada region? If I select the United States of America, my app will be available in Puerto Rico?

Puerto Rico is a US territory. It is part of the US.

For Apple store, yes, Puerto Rico is part of the US, but for iOS development is a different "country".
