Disable wallpaper switching on lock screen

How do I disable switching wallpaper when the screen is locked? When I pick it up and accidentally touch the screen the wallpaper selection screen is displayed and the only way I can get out is to push the right side button to turn off the screen. This is a ridiculous option and wastes a lot of time. There was a previous answer to a similar question but it did not address the real problem. I did not turn anything called Photo Shuffle as mentioned in that answer and I don't know how to turn it off. How do I disable this annoying 'feature'?

And.... Shuffle keeps on changing back to hourly without me doing anything. Every time I look at it, it has reverted to hourly.

I do have different wallpapers on Lock Screen and Home Screen. It is the one on the Lock Screen that keeps on trying to change. I found where Shuffle is set and it was set to hourly. I never set it myself and I changed it to daily. The instructions for changing the wallpaper on the Lock Screen say to tap on the Lock Screen to change it. That is where the problem lies. I don't want to have it ask me to change the wallpaper every time I accidentally tap on the screen when I pick it up, or if it rubs against something when I put it in my purse. NOTE: maybe it has something to do with Shuffle because when I tap on the screen now it does not bring up the wallpaper update screen. I take that back, it is doing it again. So apparently Shuffle does nothing for this 'feature'.
