Hacked or spoofed number?

So my boyfriend recently changed from iPhone to android and a few minutes ago I got a missed ft call from him on my laptop. However that’s impossible. I called him on my phone asking and he said he never called me on there since it’s impossible. Can anyone help us figure out what this could’ve been?

That’s not the point. It was a FaceTime call from my boyfriends number. He does not use an iPhone so that is not possible for him to do.

It was a phishing or scam call. Ignore it.
