Resetting Password of a Locked Note:

1. Go Here: How to Lock or Unlock Notes on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support***
2. Scroll to: Change your notes password
3. Proceed from there as necessary

You cannot unlock that locked note without the right password. If you reset the password for locked notes, then it will only apply to new notes. The previously locked note(s) will continue to require the orignal password. You will get unlimited tries to guess the password.
