Some of my emails are going into spam when they are recived

All you can do is mark them "not junk" or catch them at your provider's web site and mark them there as not spam. If it continues you may be able to make a rule(s) to have them go to your inbox.

You can also try disabling then re-enabling junk mail. While you are in that setting in Mail, Settings, Junk Mail, Check the Junk Mail Behaviors to insure they are set as you want.
