Can I change my payment date?

Yes, and no.

Your payment date is monthly on the date you first subscribed. You can cancel and then resubscribe on the date that is more convenient ... but, it's probably not worth the hassle.

You would have ot cancel your subscription, wiat for it to expire fully, then resubscribe on the desired date. Note that doing this would likely entail losing your playlists.
