For one, the Crash Report is pointing to macOS 13.2 ( 22D49 ) released Jan 23, 2023

There have been many updates since that time

The current version is macOS macOS 13.5.1 ( 22G90 )

Links below and suggest updating the computer.

If I may suggest in a friendly way 😀

Suggest opening your own new question.

That way your issue ;

1 - It will not get lost in this question

2 - The new question would probably garner more personalized support specific your computer issue

3 - Aside from above.

4 - I do see reference to com.paragon-software.filesystems.ntfs which is not a native Apple Application used to Manage External Drives using the Microsoft Windows Drive format
