I brought used Apple watch but when i started to pair it i got message that watch is locked. I contacted previous owner and she disabled Automatic lock and delete watch from find my device. Is there any way to unlock watch without meeting again with previous owner.
Send the previous owner this link as the watch was clearly NOT prepared correctly for a new user --> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support
If they are unable or unwilling to do what was required, return the watch for refund as until the previous owner removes the watch properly, it is totally useless to you. Apple will NOT help you. We cannot help you. Only the owner who locked the watch can help you.

Previous owner did everything from that page. She delete watch from her profile. Problem is that i am not at home right now and my brother will try to finish setup. He’s now at this update menu and internet is slow because he is out of the city also. Can you just tell me is this is proof that watch is no longer locked.

I hope she follows the directions. If she can't, she should refund you and I'd careful buying a used Apple Watch.
Its my first Apple watch. Its Series 3 38mm. I buy it just to see how it works. It was 50 euros.
