Can’t connect to printer after clicking ‘print’ on iPhone

When I try to print from my iPhone SE (3rd gen) I can select my printer and see the printer preview but it has a spinning wheel after the ‘Gathering printer information’ statement that never goes away. It seems to be stuck at this spot. It worked fine before the last two updates. The printer and phone are on the same network and I have no problem printing from my laptop. Others in my family have no problem printing. My iPhone is the only device with this problem. My iOS version is 16.4.1 and my printer is a HP Envy 4500. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

Any change if you try a full power cycle sequence (do not forget the router)?

Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, and all Macs/iPhones/iPads/other computers/other devices. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the Macs/iPhones/iPads/other computers/other devices.
