How to delete purchase history

Is it possible to delete purchase history not just the app ? Entire history of the life of the iPhone in use ?

No. Your purchase history cannot be deleted. You can hide purchases. Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support

You can only hide purchased items. And that is most easily done in the TV app. Account, account settings, "downloads and purchases." Or by following the process outlined in the support article.

Exactly what I asked ! The actual purchase history ! Not just going to App Store and hiding / deleted apps
