RePairing using a different Apple ID. It will only give me the option for my ex’s id. How do I get it to use mine?
How can I get my watch to connect to my iMessage with my Apple ID instead of my ex’s?

Your ex will need to remove the Apple Watch from their Apple ID account via iCloud, or you will have to submit an original purchase receipt or similar proof to Apple to remove Activation Lock. Once associated with your Apple ID, the Watch can be reset and re-paired.
