Weather app - no ADD button?

I've tried restarting my 13Pro, deleting and reinstalling the weather app, but there still is no "Add" button to keep a city in my list. New suggestions?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Showing a city not in my list When looking on my widget screen, to get glance at weather, it shows a different city than what is my default city. I removed all cities in my weather app and it still shows the wrong one.

weather widget defaults to preprogrammed city I've already tried all the suggestions for the weather app on Ipad. Deleted all cities except mine, returned to homescreen, rebooted. I'm not resetting as I have close to 700 Mb of 2 TB used! The app still defaults to Cupercino on home screen, and pops up/has to be closed every time I open the app. Only then can I see my city. When I return to the home screen, my city doesn't show, only the preprogrammed city. 4th gen iPad pro
