I changed countries but i cant change my country/region because i have apple tv till June, so what can i do

Can I change region in Apple TV+ Hello. Can i change region in Apple tv+ , wрen payment i have in Poland , but region i want Ukraine. I last 6 years live in Poland and haven't access to Ukraine banking. Unfortunately, there is no audio of the content in the Ukrainian language in the Polish region.
