Sorry, but no. An iPhone 6 can only be upgraded to iOS 12.x. If you need to run apps, that require a newer version of iOS, you will need to get a newer iPhone model.

You would need an iPhone 7 to install iOS 15 on the phone and at least an iPhone 8 to install iOS 16.
