I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone XR was stolen. To help you remotely erase your data and disable your device, follow these steps:

1. Go to iCloud.com: Using a computer or another device with internet access, visit iCloud.com and sign in using your Apple ID and password associated with the stolen iPhone XR.

2. Click on "Find My iPhone": Once you've logged in, click on the "Find My iPhone" app icon.

3. Select your iPhone XR: In the "Find My iPhone" app, click on "All Devices" at the top of the screen. A list of devices associated with your Apple ID will appear. Select your stolen iPhone XR from the list.

4. Erase your iPhone: After selecting your iPhone XR, click on "Erase iPhone" in the device options. This will remotely erase all your personal data and settings from the stolen device. Keep in mind that once you erase your iPhone, you won't be able to find it using the "Find My iPhone" app anymore.

5. Remove the iPhone from your account: After erasing your iPhone XR, you can remove it from your Apple ID account to prevent anyone from accessing your iCloud data or using other services such as iMessage or iTunes. To do this, click on "Remove from Account" in the device options.

6. Notify your carrier: Contact your carrier to report the stolen phone and ask them to disable your SIM card and/or suspend your account to prevent unauthorized charges.

Please note that remotely erasing your iPhone XR will only work if it's connected to the internet. If the device is offline, the erase command will be executed once it connects to the internet. Also, you must have added your iPhone 7 to your Find My to erase it.

Please let me know if that solved your problem!
