Song is not currently available in your country or region

Cannot play any tracks in Music on my iPhone that I did not buy in iTunes or on my MacBook. I can still play all these tracks in Music on my MacBook.

This was fine until last week and now when I re-sync, I can see the tracks but they are greyed out and when I select any to play it with the message 'Song is not currently available in your country or region'

My region has not changed and nothing else has either


Please help?
