I too have encountered this issue. For instance, when attempting to dictate a message, the text often ends up being incorrect despite my efforts to accurately enunciate. This situation has even brought me close to replacing my phone due to frustration. I find it absurd that I have to resort to using the Google or Bing apps for accurate voice-to-text transcription. It seems that this problem is not limited to just my device, but affects all iPhones. My iPhone 13 had this issue, my mom's iPhone 12 is experiencing it as well, and mine and my friends iPhone 14 as well as my friends iphone 11 and my other friends iphone 12 this exist across all devices I have access to. It is highly improbable that I would have received three faulty devices in a row. Furthermore, my iPhone 14 frequently overheats and has issues with charging. Based on my personal experience, these devices appear to be defective and subpar. I deeply regret switching from Android to iPhone after being an Android user for 20 years. Another unfortunate consequence is that I have been unable to utilize Siri for voice commands for the past two years due to Apple's inefficient implementation of voice-to-text technology.
