Troubleshooting Call Receival:

B. "No Service":

C. Install a Cellular Update:

It might be prompting you for a cellular update to install. So, go here for that. Update your Carrier Settings Manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

D. Update the iOS Using a Computer:

• IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update

Ask your Carrier:

Seems you keep losing the connection. So, speak with your Carrier in regard to all of this, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Calling.

Contact your Carrier. This is an issue on their end. Note that if your and/or the recipient is in a rural area that they may not have strong enough of a signal.
