New iPhone 13 Pro - lower 90% of screen darker

I have a new iPhone 13 Pro. I noticed that the bottom of the screen is noticeably darker than the top 10%. Restarting the iphone fixes it for a little while and then it reverts back to bottom 90% darker. Anyone know what the deal is? Thanks!
